Do you provide parking?

  • Parking is not included in your reservation, some of our buildings do offer on-site parking. The costs and availability vary by building to see if the unit you’ve rented or are interested in renting has parking please call 888-920-7829

Do you provide linens & towels? Do I need to bring anything?

  • Yes, we provide 2 towels per person per stay. We also provide enough detergent for one load of laundry. If your location has a beach or spa we recommend bringing your own beach towels or we do offer them for $15 per towel. Call us at 888-920-7829 if you would like to purchase beach towels.

Is there air conditioning?

  • Yes, all of our units have air conditioning.

Is there daily housekeeping?

  • There is not but we do offer daily housekeeping services. Please call 888-920-7829 to inquire about costs as they vary per unit.

Is there Cable/Internet in your properties?

  • We do provide cable and internet for all our units. From time to time just like at your home we may experience outages, when this happens our staff diligently works with the local company to fix the issue and keep you updated on the progress.

Is this location suitable for my family?

  • Yes, STA Here selects only the best locations and properties to add to it’s inventory in locations that cater to all ages and travelers. Whether you’re here for a family vacation or work conference STA Here is the best choice and value around!

Is the kitchen and bathroom also fully equipped?

  • Yes, STA Here provides 3 rolls of toilet paper and soap/shampoo in the bathroom very similar to a hotel. STA Here also stocks their kitchens completely we may not have everything you have at home but we try to get as close as we can.

Can I pay in advance for my reservation?

  • We require 25% of the total up front and the remaining balance 30 days prior to your arrival.

Can I pay with multiple cards?

  • We do allow you to pay with multiple cards. There is a $25 service charge for using multiple cards and some paperwork that needs to be filled out but our office staff can assist you with the process. Call 888-920-7829 to make payment arrangements.

Do you take American Express?

  • STA Here does accept American Express. We also accept Visa, Mastercard, and Discover. We also accept bank wires, Zelle Pay, and Venmo. We do not accept PayPal.

Is the cleaning fee optional?

  • STA Here contracts professional housekeeping services to ensure that everything is perfect upon arrival. Unfortunately, we cannot waive this fee.

Do you have any discounts available?

  • We do offer certain discounts for certain times of year, paid in full, military, ect. Give us a call at 888-920-7829 to see if your reservation qualifies for a discount.

When do I need to pay to reserve my place?

  • Due to the high demand of all our properties payment is required to reserve the unit. We require 25% of the total up front and the remaining balance 30 days prior to your arrival. Call us at 888-920-7829 to see if you qualify for a paid in full discount.

Can I request a higher or lower floor?

  • You can request a certain unit or floor. We process these requests in the order they are received so we can’t guarantee you the request will be approved but we will do our best to make it happen.

Do you allow bachelor/bachelorette parties?

  • At STA Here we like to have fun just like anyone else and we appreciate everyone’s business. Our units are in residential buildings and often have long term tenants. We don’t mind if the nature of your stay is vacation or business, but we do have very strict quiet hours as well as rules that must be followed in the common areas. At the end of the day we aren’t babysitters, but we do expect you to be courteous of your neighbors.

What is the cancellation policy?

  • STA Here actually has a no cancellation policy. Due to the high demand of our properties the moment you have paid the unit is secured and yours and taken off the market. We recommend purchasing travel insurance through one of our Reservation Experts at 888-920-7829.

Do you allow early check-in/late check-out?

  • STA Here does offer it when available. It is dependent on several factors and must be requested the day of arrival or the day of check-out. The pricing is the same for checking-in as it is for checking-out. Please call 888-920-7829 to put in your special request.

  • 11am-2pm Check-In – Half-Day Cost
  • 1pm-4pm Check-Out – Half-Day Cost
  • Before 11am Check-In – Full-Day Cost

How do I get the keys?

  • STA Here uses cutting edge technology in all of our units and all of our units are either in secured buildings or electronically locked. We will email you the check-in instructions the day of your arrival but whenever possible we make it key-less, so you don’t have to worry about losing keys or being with your group to access your room.

What do I need to do before check-out?

  • We ask that you simply put all your linens in a pile and take out the trash. Also, if there is a key or fob please put it back where you got it or leave it on the counter. Other than that, you can just leave and we’ll take care of the rest.

What if I’m arriving later than 4pm?

  • That’s not a problem at all we just ask that you coordinate your arrival with our resident manager and if you are arriving outside of normal business hours 10am-6pm you will need to schedule your check-in to avoid any delays in checking in. If you have questions, please call 888-920-7829.

What if the property is locked upon our arrival?

  • Please call us at 888-920-7829 and follow the prompts. We have resident managers and maintenance staff available 24/7 to help get you checked in immediately.

Do you provide pack-n-play cribs?

  • STA Here does provide these upon request. They are $50 per stay. Call 888-920-7829 to reserve.

What if we have an emergency during our stay?

  • Call 888-920-7829 this is our emergency guest line and someone will assist you as soon as possible.

Can I bring my pet?

  • STA Here loves your furry friends as much as you do. Certain buildings require different deposits and have breed restrictions but generally we can accept most pets. You will need to contact us in advance if you are bringing your pet at 888-920-7829. Certain fees may apply.

Can I rent this for someone else like my significant other and her friends or my kids?

  • One of the occupants staying in the apartment must be over the age of 21. If no one is staying in the apartment over age 21, the party may be removed without a refund offered. The reservation name and contact must be of the person who is 21+ so they can be contacted and return to the apartment if required.

How old do I need to be in order to stay with STA Here?

  • Our guests must be 21 years or older to reserve a property or accompanied by a parent or legal guardian at all times, this is a rule that cannot be changed.

Is smoking/vaping allowed in or around your properties?

  • Absolutely not. Smoking and vaping of any kind is prohibited on the rented premises, including roofs & outdoor common areas, and a $250 fine per occurrence will apply according to the rental contract.

Why do I need to provide you with my ID?

  • For security purposes and in order to prevent credit card fraud.
